Terms of use

The service

IQ B Finder is a free directory of businesses and workers across Iraq. The information on each card comes from the business or worker. We don't provide their services and we are not part of any agreement between you and them.

Using the app

Use the app for lawful, personal purposes. Don't copy the directory in bulk, use automated tools to collect cards, send spam to listed businesses or harass anyone you contact through the app.

Requesting a card

Only request a card for yourself or for a business you are allowed to represent. The information must be true and up to date, and the phone number must be yours or the business's.

Every request is reviewed by our team. We may approve, reject, correct or remove any card, for example when information is missing, wrong or repeated.

Changing or removing a card

You can't edit a card yourself. To change or remove your card, open Settings in the app and tap "Request a change to my card". We make the change after checking the request.

Content that isn't allowed

Cards must not be fake or misleading, pretend to be another person or business, promote anything illegal, or contain offensive words. We remove such cards and may refuse future requests from the same phone number.

Reports

If a card is wrong, closed or abusive, please report it from the card. We check reports and may hide a card while we review it.

No guarantee

We try to keep the directory correct, but we can't check every card or guarantee the quality, prices or behavior of any business or worker. A "Verified" badge only means we confirmed some of that card's details. Please use your own judgment before you hire or pay anyone.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using information in the directory or from dealing with a listed business or worker.

Ads and paid features

The app may show local ads, marked "Sponsored", and paid premium cards. These are arranged directly with our team; there are no purchases inside the app.

Changes

We may change or stop parts of the service, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. For questions, contact us on WhatsApp from Settings in the app.
